in case anyone is wondering why i've been a bit scarce...

I'm writing a grant proposal that is due April 12th. That's in a freaking few days!!!! It's pretty much eaten my brain, including during evenings and weekends, so I'm just not going to be in much state to communicate barring brief (and very welcome) breaks in the frenzy. See you on the other side and wish me luck! (I'm writing for funding to do a study of neurofeedback for treating certain symptoms of PTSD.)

What a sweet offer, and if I laughed, it was only in delight. I just found out that this deadline (Tuesday coming) is an internal science committee review, and the fine details such as reference formatting don't need to be exact at this point. I'll have a month to fix that stuff before the more formal submission. So yes, I may take you up on it, but that level isn't something I need to focus on in the next few days. And I have a mentor for the science aspects, and met with the statistical consultant yesterday for the design and stats section. whee!
