::sigh:: My rep is 100% behind healthcare. My senators are not. neither will change their vote, which sucks: I have insurance through Dragon, but like you, I have pre-existing conditions which mean no way, no how can I get private insurance.

The horrifying thing is that, with the current standards, so far as I can tell, one of my two brothers could get insurance privately and Dragon probably could. My other brother, my sister, the cousin raised with us and the relevant spouses? Could *not*. That's 80% of my generation that would be denied for previous conditions. Something is very, very wrong with that picture.
