when you've run out of chocolate in the house, here is a stop-gap.

1 package silken tofu (soft)
4 tsp good organic unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp splenda or other sweetener to taste
1 little tiny squeeze of lemon juice from a lemon slice
2 heaping spoons full of fruit-juice sweetened marmelade or preserves (apricot or cherry are very nice)

blend.

makes yummie pudding! very low carb!
