60 minutes report on the health downsides of sugar

not trying to be some kind of heatlhfood Calvinist, just... the evidence against refined sugars is pretty damning.  

not that i am giving up my occasional taste of fine chocolate any time soon -- everything in moderation!  but please, give a listen/look -- and if you are eating sugars in any kind of quantity, please consider this info.
