I had to laugh...your experience at Kripalu sounds a lot like Susan's and my experience in Colorado at the 9 day workshop...hot, hot and more hot. And no a/c in our bedroom! But I'm not willing to suffer without attempting to alleviate it...we hit the local town's KMart and bought a huge box fan for $20 and stuck that sucker in the window to pull in the cooler night air. On HIGH. Ahhh. At least I wasn't soaking the bed sheets in sweat after that! Today, Katie and I went to the pool for an hour. I'm officially no longer fishbelly white. More of a faint pink.
