I, um, dropped my cell phone. One too many times, apparently.

So, what phone do you use? What do you like about it? I need recs. Favorite features, functionality, pricing, cuteness, whatever. thanks!

Sorry, can't help. I have one, but I can't recommend it. I chose it because it was cheap, pink, and had a keyboard for texting. It has a camera, but surprise! You can't download the pictures to a computer. There just isn't any way to do it. So, yeah. Not recommending.

You might ask bquinlan, my gadget geek friend. He's sure to have an informed answer. I happen to know he uses a Droid, but I assume he could tailor his response to your level of need.

I use the Rumor2 from Virgin Mobile because I am a cheapass and this gets me phone and mobile internet for around $10/month on the prepaid plan. I do really like the Rumor2 because it has a decent camera as well as a full keyboard.

Signal is good; I still get signal inside my work. Coverage I can't vouch for because I don't go anywhere.

I'm a dropping fiend too and haven't killed it yet.
