Salt (Duncan to Conner, After "Talents" by GryphonRhi)

Like all of Terra's children,
by the Sea, born.
Salt in life, in tears,
in the scored grief of wounds.

By this communion,
the salt of your blood and mine,
Brother,
we endure.
