As might be obvious from my name, bees are near and dear to me. Beyond my personal little poetry of buzzy goodness, bees are vital for the food-chain, pollinating almost everything we need to eat.
Pesticides have been implicated in the massive bee die-off of the past few years. One critical pesticide, which has been banned in some European countries (and where this has happened, the bee populations appear to be recovering) is up for review.
Please view this link http://www.avaaz.org/en/hope_for_bees_usa/?bOuFabb&v=18162 and write a brief letter to the EPA. It takes about 2 minutes.
Thanks, from your buzzy devohoneybee
