sugar free, healthy chocolate treat!

So, I'm doing a "no sugar" thing and was desperately craving chocolate.

So I did this!

2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons coconut oil
smoosh together
add sweetener of choice to taste (I used maple syrup, but I'm going to try stevia next time for that no carb version)
add enough shredded, unsweetened coconut to turn everything into the consistency of a loose macaroon

You're done!   YUMMMMMMM
