Life, sometimes she is good.
Breakfast:
Scottish oats, pinch of Himalayan salt, dried cherries tossed into the cooking water, smidgen coconut oil.
Layer into bowl: almonds, pinapple from can, packed in its own juice, pignolis.
SMOOSH IT ALL TOGETHER with a dollop of yoghurt (butter would probably be better but didn't have any).
COMMENCE NOMMING
