My icon says, "ein sof" in Hebrew, "without end" or "limitless". It's a mystical way of referring to God -- God being identified as having a limitless number of unknowable qualities, in addition to Hir known and knowable ones.
Tonight the Jewish new year begins (it's a ten day thing, more or less). I'm wishing everyone in my flist and beyond a year of limitless goodness -- health, happiness, passion, creativity, laughter, love, abundance, and any other good thing you're wanting and needing.
May your dreams soar; may your breath be easy. May all beings be free and happy.
And may the leaders of nations be wise, and leave behind them any beliefs that limit the natural and necessary unfolding of justice, peace, harmony, forgiviness, healing, and light with each other and with the earth, our Mother.
L'Shana Tova.
