Very uplifting video about exactly why a vision of what's right with any given situation helps us deal with change. He talks about "the accelerating change curve" as "an accelerating possibility curve."
Made by a National Geographic photographer, it has many photographs of nature and human beings that illustrate his points beautifully. Also a wonderful window into the creative process, as he shows multiple frames from the same shoot, and what his state of mind was that allowed him to get the really good shot.
