devohoneybee at 04:42pm on 21/04/2009so, sunday, i made an offer... and monday, the seller made a counter offer... and with much trepidation, tuesday, i made a counter counter offer... and she accepted it!
yay!!!
there will be some delay in getting into it as she needs cataract surgery (hey, she's 92), but i can work with that. in fact, it takes the signing nicely past the mercury retrograde zone that Sundara pointed out to me.
i'm... i'm buzzing. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
it's a townhouse in an area that is close enough to city stuff to have easy access to things like groceries, but also right by a mile and a quarter foot-path to the Rio Grande river/nature preserve. It has oodles of light and a very spacious feel, but is not overblown. thanks for any good thoughts you sent my way!
