Last evening I put an offer on a house. The owner has until Tuesday at 5 pm Mountain time to respond (it's a bit lower than the asking price, but not out of line with the market). If you have any smooth-sailing house mojo to spare (yes I know it's a mixed metaphor. What?) send it on my way! Thank you kindly. :)
