editing dreamz

last night i dreamed i held the book in my hand and noticed that one of the poems was in *drastic* need of editing. eep! then i realized there was, quite simply, nothing i could do about it; it's a done deal.

this actually gave me a rueful feeling of relief. the baby will have flaws. i will refer to them as "beauty marks."
