PDF editing help request

Can anyone tell me how to edit and/or make editing comments in Adobe reader for a pdf that has been enabled to allow editing comments? "Help" was no help. I am stumped.

ETA: Thanks for the help! Problem solved due to JoTribe's suggestion to update my version of Adobe. The final edit is now DONE. *whee!*
