Got to see a preview of A Dog's Breakfast, a film written and directed by (and starring) David Hewelett. I don't think I've laughed that hard in years. I actually had to put my hands over my mouth because I was so loud. The premise and dialogue are funny, but the interesting surprise was how good David is with physical comedy. The man can do pratfalls. Plenty of walk-ons from Stargate and SGA friends, and David's sister Kate and Paul McGillion co-star. David was around to answer questions along with some other key players in the film, and hung out doing autographs after. He had gone down the line at the beginning, too, before we were let in, talking to fans and posing for photos. I, um, might have asked him if A Dog's Breakfast was going to be as good as Boa vs. Python. *cough*
